Conference
This position involves moving heavy tables and chairs. Refresh the meeting rooms. Must be able to set up and clean function space in accordance with hotel standards. Must be able to learn how to read a banquet event order to ensure proper set up of room.
Engineering and Maintenance
Performs assignments as directed by supervisors. Assumes the duties of other mechanics when required. Performs preventative maintenance on all equipment. Reports any damages or malfunction of equipment and makes repairs accordingly. Makes daily rounds of property to ensure smooth operation of all equipment. Minimum of three years job related experience
Food and Beverage
Seeking an individual with experience in production cooking and ala carte. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Must have one year of cooking experience to be considered.
Rooms
Maintain an orgainzed Kitchenette. Performs all closing and cleaning duties to prepare for next shift. Provides a warm and welcome greeting for all guests on the 4th floor Concierge. Sets all food displays in a creative manner and replenishes as necessary.
This is a combination position of room attendant and cleanliness of the public space. You will be scheduled for both positions as business demands. Room Attendant is required to clean guest rooms to Dolce's standards. Public Area Attendant maintains and cleans the public space of the hotel.
Maintains and cleans all public restrooms and space. Makes routine checks of area to ensure cleanliness. Dusts all tables, ledges and lamps in the public space including all windows, glass and doors.
This position takes care of our guests in the hotel's fitness center. Assisting guests and members with exercise equipment. Maintains cleanliness of the fitness center. Stocks towels and other items for guest use.
Provides guests with transportation needs. Assits guests with luggage and familiarizes our guests with their rooms and the conference center. Delivers all messages and packages to guests and departments. Maintains an orderly and clean luggage storage room, lobby and front entrance.
3 full-time positions available to clean our guest rooms to Dolce Standards. Reports all maintenance issues to Engineering. Offers assistance to guests in a hospitable manner.
Associate with great customer service skills to register our guests in and out of the conference hotel. Establishes and secures proper guest credit. Performs all accounting duties including posting charges, account settlements and shift closing. 2 positions available, one part time and one full time.
